Brussel Sprouts with Walnuts
Yield: 4 Servings
- 1 lb brussel sprouts
- walnuts
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation: Cut off bottoms of brussel sprouts and cut in half. Cover the bottom of a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
Directions:
- Toss brussel sprouts and walnuts with olive oil and salt and pepper.
- Place brussel sprouts, cut side down, in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake in a 400 degree oven for 25 minutes or until the brussel sprouts are browned and tender.
