Backyard Barbecue Baked Beans
Yield: A Lot
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 1/4 lbs bratwurst, casings removed
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 cans baked beans (28oz)
- 2 cans pinto beans (15oz), drained
- 2 cans cannellini beans (15oz), drained
- 1 can Ro-tel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (10oz), drained
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
