Sugar and Spice Pecans

Yield: 1 lb

Preparation: Seperate egg. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

Directions:

  1. Mix egg white and water until frothy.
  2. Add pecan halves and remaining ingredients; stir.
  3. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
