Sugar and Spice Pecans
Yield: 1 lb
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 lb pecan halves
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation: Seperate egg. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Directions:
- Mix egg white and water until frothy.
- Add pecan halves and remaining ingredients; stir.
- Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
