Curried Rice

Yield: 6 Servings

Note: Use 2 regular size bullion cubes or 1/2 of the larger (12 gram) wholesale club size.

  1. In a small pot, mix together the water and all the other ingredients except the rice. Bring to a boil. Remove the pot from stove and turn the stove down to it's lowest temperature.
  2. Add the rice to the pot, Stir, cover and return to stove.
  3. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Check to see if all the water has been absorbed. If it has, it's done. Fluff with a fork and serve.
