Bow Tie Pasta with Prosciutto and Peas

Yield: 4 to 6 Servings

Preparation: Cook pasta according to package directions and set aside. Thinly slice onion and mince prosciutto.

Directions:

  1. Saute prosciutto in olive oil for about a minute.
  2. Add onion. Saute until onions are transulent.
  3. Add peas, 1/2 cup water, and salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until peas are thawed - about 5 minutes.
  4. Add pasta to pan and heat through.
  5. Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
