Pork Roast In Slow Cooker
Yield: 3 to 4 Servings
- Small Pork Roast
- Garlic Powder
- Chili Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Worcestershire Sauce
- BBQ Sauce
Notes: I use a small 2-quart Rival slow cooker. It only has two settings, on and off. Supposedly it cooks on "Low" but it's closer to "High". Adjust the recipe to your slow cooker. I suggest using the "High" setting.
Directions:
- Season roast with garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper.
- Cook in slow cooker for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
- Remove from slow cooker and let cool for 20-25 minutes.
- Cut pork roast into slices.
- Return pork slices to the slow cooker layer by layer, putting Worcestershire sauce and barbecue sauce on the pork slices between layers.
- Cook for another 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- Serve
