Crunchy Onion Chicken
Yield: 4 Servings
- 2 cups (4 oz.) French's French Fried Onions
- 2 tbsp flour
- 4 boneless chicken breasts (about 5 oz. each)
- 1 egg
Notes: Zesty Tip - substitute 1/4 cup any flavor mustard instead of beaten egg.
Preparation: Beat egg.
- Crush French fried onions with flour in a plastic bag.
- Dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs.
- Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
