Homemade Kahlua #2

Yield: 7 Cups

• 1 qt water
• 2 1/2 cups sugar
• 3 tbsp instant coffee
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 2 1/2 cups vodka

Directions:

1. Mix water, sugar and instant coffee in a pot.
2. Simmer for 3 hours or until mixture becomes dark and syrupy
3. Let cool.
4. Add vanilla and vodka.
